NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE***
Permanent Makeup
A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The booking fee will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. This also applies to touch-up procedures.
A booking fee is not required for other services.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Permanent Makeup:
Please note that a cancellation will result in 50% loss of Booking Fee.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment within the **48 hours prior to your appointment, this will result in complete loss of Booking Fee.
All services:
If you need to postpone/reschedule your appointment, please notify Kayle at least **48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you fail to reschedule your appointment, a rebooking fee will be required for a future booking. (The total booking fee amount will be credited towards your procedure)
You are allowed one opportunity to reschedule your appointment, before losing booking fee.
Other services:
Canceling your appointment within 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will result in a 30% Cancellation fee of total cost of service.
You are allowed one opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
LATE AND NO-SHOWS
We allow a 15-minute grace period from the start of your appointment. If you miss this window, we will have to reschedule as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure.
The rebooking policy is the same as stated above. If you choose not to rebook your appointment, you will be charged a 30% late fee of total service cost.
Permanent Makeup:
Your booking fee will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a rebooking fee.
NO-SHOWS:
(ARE NOT TOLERATED AND ARE TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY)
All guests- will result in complete charge of service and a booking fee will be required for future visits.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Due to the severity and length of procedure, children and guests are not permitted in procedure room. (Applicable to PMU clients only)
*Your credit card is not charged to book an appointment; however, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment and will be charged only if you fail to stay within these policy guidelines.
*You will be separately invoiced for booking fees for new clients.
